Michael Kull, FSCP®, Financial Advisor, began work in financial services in 2018 after spending the prior fifteen years as a non-profit development officer,  small business owner and independent newspaper publisher. He has been a life-long participant and supporter of the arts, having studied music and performed as an operatic and concert soloist both in the US and abroad. His interest in the arts has also translated into volunteer participation and support of various not-for-profit arts organizations in the East Tennessee region including Knoxville Opera and the University of Tennessee's College of Music.

Michael is dedicated to personalized service and strives to develop relationships with his clients built upon a foundation of respect, trust, and the value of actively listening in order to fully understand the unique challenges and opportunities each client faces.

Michael works with Shannondale retirement communities in Knoxville and Maryville as a music leader for worship, is an avid reader and golfer (he reads much better than he plays!), and enjoys travel and photography.

Kim supports the Eagle Strategies team as the Service and Office Manager for the Chattanooga location. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and was a former process and research engineer for DuPont. She transitioned to the insurance and finance industry in 2010 and began working with Matt in 2025.
